As the Front Office Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader and operational overseer of the hotel's front desk and guest service functions. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Talent Management:
- - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- - Establish clear performance standards, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct thorough evaluations
- - Develop and implement innovative training programs to continuously enhance the skills and capabilities of front office personnel
Operations Management:
- - Closely monitor front desk activities to ensure seamless, efficient, and courteous service at all times
- - Implement robust procedures and controls to safeguard assets, maintain cash handling integrity, and mitigate security risks
- - Oversee shift scheduling, workload distribution, and employee attendance to optimize productivity and coverage
Revenue Optimization:
- - Analyze daily hotel occupancy, room rates, and revenue data to identify opportunities for improvement
- - Collaborate with sales and revenue management teams to develop strategic pricing and distribution strategies
