Who we are

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, research-based, trauma-informed care to our clients. We provide therapy, psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapy, assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Collaborative Therapeutic Psychological Assessment

Integrative Eating Disorder treatment

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Our Guiding Philosophy and Core Values

Maintaining an empowering, sensitive, and sustainable work culture is one of our core values as an organization. Our clinicians focus on delivering quality therapy and assessment services while our strong administrative and management team takes care of the rest. At The Catalyst Center, our therapists focus on what they are trained to do, confident that all the minutiae of running a private practice are being taken care of behind the scenes.

Trauma-informed: The Catalyst Center is deeply committed to trauma-informed care, and our therapists are either trained in EMDR or are certified EMDR trainers.

Unique Size and Scope: The Catalyst Center is large for a group practice but small relative to many other agencies in the area. We strive to balance the importance of a diverse team along with the need for healthy team dynamics.

Healthy Work Culture: We work hard to create a culture of sustainability and healthy workplace dynamics. We highly value collaboration, communication, accountability, and respect within our work culture. Our philosophy is based on the belief that healthy therapists do the best clinical work.

Emphasis on Social Justice: We continuously seek opportunities to ensure we are doing our part to be a hopeful beacon for the local and broader communities. We provide support to social justice efforts and work at individual and organizational levels to enhance our opportunity to impact others positively. Our most recent effort at providing quality therapeutic services to underserved communities is the formation of our sister non-profit, The Ardent Grove Foundation.

Salary and Benefits

We are now accepting applications for a full-time psychologist or psychologist candidate (25 clinical hours per week).

Compensation: Up to $120,000/year (we use a percent of revenue pay model, meaning that pay is based on the clients you see, so your comp steadily increases as you build your caseload with us).

Competitive Pay with Flexibility: As a private-pay practice, we can offer competitive compensation while empowering our staff to provide some scholarship and pro bono services or to volunteer with our sister non-profit to give back to our community.

Benefits: Our full-time staff is eligible for healthcare benefits, including dental and vision insurance and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. We also offer a retirement savings match program and short-term and long-term disability coverage.

Flexible Work Schedule: Therapists have ample choice in setting up their schedules. We promote a culture of balancing work and personal life, as we believe this helps enhance therapist well-being and longevity

.We are interested in a clinician who has experience with and/or interest in:

perinatal mood disorders

eating disorder recovery

couples therapy

psychological assessment (especially therapeutic assessment)

teen therapy

Psychologists with psychodynamic training and experience working with long-term clients from a growth and depth-orientated lens are strongly preferred.

Due to our emphasis on trauma recovery, all new clinical staff must be trained in EMDR or willing to get trained within the first year.

A great fit for our team is...

Committed to holding themself to a high professional standard

Engaged in a continual process of growth and self-reflection

Passionate about the profession

Known for their strong clinical skills in providing long-term, insight-oriented therapy

Guided by a solid ethical compass

Centered, confident, and capable

Organized and self-directed

Ready to participate meaningfully in a team of dedicated clinicians

Catalyst team members have a strong work ethic and demonstrate high accountability to themselves and others. We love hiring clinicians who desire to grow and develop as people and professionals.

We welcome applicants seeking a team atmosphere with high levels of collaboration. An excellent candidate will share our communication, connectedness, and cooperation values.

Being a clinician at The Catalyst Center involves a high level of freedom and autonomy, and with that comes responsibility. Clinicians who work well independently and are responsible for all logistical aspects of our profession (e.g., paperwork, billing, scheduling) tend to succeed on our team.
