- MD or DO with an active medical license in North Carolina
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Ability to dedicate time on an as-needed basis (PRN role) based on study requirements
- We are seeking a Per Diem (PRN) MD/DO to provide medical oversight for clinical trials, ensure compliance, and support our research team on a flexible, as-needed basis
- Serve as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator for clinical trials, ensuring all studies adhere to FDA, GCP, and IRB regulations
- Conduct patient assessments, medical evaluations, and protocol compliance reviews
- Review and sign informed consent documents, study protocols, and investigator brochures
- Work closely with research coordinators and site staff to ensure study integrity
- Maintain accurate and complete source documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor meetings as needed
