Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to process and enter data into specified computer system of the organization efficiently and accurately prepare necessary reports for the various departments. The candidate must also have the ability to create or edit sales department announcements using online design software such as Canva.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify accuracy of reports submitted by various offices
- Prepare and Input data in various software programs
- Produce and prepare documents for paid in full customers
- Prepare and complete necessary reports for management
- Create internal sales announcements
- Edit and create fillable PDF files
- Assist and support other members of sales administration department
- Assist Manager of Sales Administration as needed on special projects
Qualifications
- Two years data and information processing experience preferred
- Ability to enter data accurately
- Good Mathematical skills
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft products including Excel and Word
- Good communication and collaborative skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
