Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
The Diocese of St. Petersburg is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools and Centers to serve as a key leader in fostering the mission of Catholic education. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting Catholic Identity, Governance and Leadership, Academic Excellence, and Operational Vitality in our schools.

Full Time/Exempt
Reports to: Superintendent of Catholic Schools and Centers
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of Catholic Identity across all aspects of school life, ensuring alignment with the mission of the Diocese.
- Collaborate with school leaders and stakeholders to enhance governance structures and leadership practices.
- Promote academic excellence through curriculum development, teacher support, and innovative instructional practices.
- Ensure operational vitality by assisting in strategic planning, financial management, and sustainability efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between the Office of Catholic Schools and Centers and individual schools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Practicing Catholic with a deep understanding of and commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Masters degree in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Catholic school leadership or administration.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, school governance, and operational management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with diocesan structures and protocols.
- Experience in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to build relationships with diverse school communities and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently throughout the diocese.
