Villa Madonna Catholic School, located in Tampa, FL, seeks an Elementary School Teacher for the 25-26 school year.
Candidates for this full-time position with hours from 7 : 30am - 3 : 30pm should support the mission of Catholic Education. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate subject is preferred and prospective candidates must hold a valid Florida Teaching Certificate or be eligible for Florida Certification in the Science content area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with an ability to build positive and fruitful relationships with parents, students, and fellow teachers.
Prospective teachers should be willing to adopt current best practices and eager to improve their craft. They should be able to plan and implement engaging units and lessons. Candidates should be comfortable using or learning about technology in the classroom. This position requires a Level II background check and mandated trainings.
