Qualifications: Applicant must be committed to the ministry, philosophy, and goals of Catholic education; have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in English or related field; possess a valid Florida Department of Education Professional Certificate or Statement of Eligibility in English (grades 6-12); and demonstrate proficiency with instructional technology. A Masters degree and teaching experience in all levels of high school English, including Advanced Placement, are preferred. Familiarity with standards-based assessment, classroom technology integration using Chromebooks, and the ability to teach Journalism or other high school subjects would be advantageous.
