Job Outline: Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School seeks a Primary Teacher's Aide for the 2025-2026 school year. We seek an energetic and nurturing professional dedicated to excellence and the success of all students. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II background screening and Safe Environment Training. Applicants should be enthusiastic, dedicated, interactive, caring, nurturing, patient, communicative, and positively supportive of all students.
Responsibilities would include:
- Assist the classroom teacher with implementing educational activities and lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require extra help
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Supervise students during various activities, such as recess and lunch
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons
