Salary and Benefits:
- $53,200 - $101,930 per year, based on experience and education level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a variety of Upper School mathematics courses, engaging students with diverse learning styles.
- Create an inclusive, culturally responsive classroom through class meetings, meaningful student interactions, and clear behavioral expectations.
- Develop and implement assessments that drive student learning and allow for differentiated instruction.
- Incorporate technology to enhance mathematical comprehension and problem-solving.
- Plan and lead hands-on, experiential learning activities to help students apply mathematical concepts in real-world contexts.
- Serve as a student advisor, supporting personal and academic growth.
Qualifications:
- Required: BA in Mathematics or a related field.
- Preferred: MA in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally in a high school setting.
- Experience with student-centered and inquiry-based teaching practices.
- Familiarity with experiential learning, using projects and reflection to deepen student understanding.
- Knowledge of competency- and standards-based teaching and assessment strategies.
- Experience in curriculum development and working with adolescent learners.
