The Cats' Inn is a unique feline hospitality experience seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for Feline Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch customer service, manage front desk operations, and coordinate calendars and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of The Cats' Inn, managing the front desk, handling calls, greeting visitors, and processing emails
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and confirmations for guest reservations and appointments
- Multi-task with ease, possessing great client communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Collaborate closely with staff to ensure seamless client and pet care experiences
- Ensure all cats are up-to-date on vaccinations and scan documents for pet profiles
- Daily cleaning of the front desk/reception area
- Process payments and apply to appointments
- Maintain social media presence and contribute to marketing efforts
- Perform opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of front desk experience or similar work
- Available Saturdays and major holidays
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent writing and reading skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and superb time management abilities
