Job Description

The Cats' Inn is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and coordinating calendars and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and confirmations for guest reservations and appointments
  • Multi-task with ease, possessing great client communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
  • Collaborate closely with staff to ensure seamless client and pet care experiences
  • Ensure all cats are up-to-date on vaccinations and scan documents for pet profiles
  • Daily cleaning of the front desk/reception area
  • Process payments and apply to appointments
  • Maintain social media presence and contribute to marketing efforts
  • Perform opening and closing duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of front desk experience or similar work
  • Available Saturdays and major holidays
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent writing and reading skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and superb time management abilities
