The Cats' Inn is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and coordinating calendars and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and confirmations for guest reservations and appointments
- Multi-task with ease, possessing great client communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Collaborate closely with staff to ensure seamless client and pet care experiences
- Ensure all cats are up-to-date on vaccinations and scan documents for pet profiles
- Daily cleaning of the front desk/reception area
- Process payments and apply to appointments
- Maintain social media presence and contribute to marketing efforts
- Perform opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of front desk experience or similar work
- Available Saturdays and major holidays
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent writing and reading skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and superb time management abilities
