Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with seating options.
- Manage reservations efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Utilize systems to manage reservations and track guest preferences when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on communication and hospitality.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
