The Caviar Co. is seeking a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Server to join our Tiburon team! We are looking for an individual passionate about food and wine and committed to delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:
Manage the flow of guests and seatings using OpenTable.
Enter and manage orders using Toast POS.
Introduce caviar selection and wine offerings to guests and make personalized recommendations to each guest. (Caviar training will be provided upon hire)
Be knowledgeable about the chef’s offerings and answer questions about the menu and wine list while taking note of allergies or dietary restrictions.
Follow The Caviar Co.’s standards of service and expectations.
Strive to provide guests with prompt, attentive, professional, and enthusiastic service.
Buss dishes, wipe tables, set cutlery and glassware, and follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures to maintain a clean and organized dining room.
Assist in maintaining beverage inventory tracking.
Requirements:
2 years of serving experience. Experience in a fine dining environment is a plus!
Must have an active Food Handler Card and RBS Alcohol Certification
Strong wine knowledge and ability to execute flawless champagne service
Able to work weekends -Fridays - Sundays required
Able to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a clean workspace
Expert multitasking ability
Must be able to work standing on your feet for at least 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a seasonal, part-time, on-site position in Marin County, CA, through January 2025. It does not have a set schedule. Shifts are assigned based on the business needs and at least two weeks in advance. This position will also be on-call as needed. Shifts will be scheduled Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Holidays include Tuesday, 12/24, Tuesday, 12/31, and Wednesday, 1/1/2025.
