POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Reconciliation Coordinator organizes timely updates of cash batches and error log processing for all CCS business segments, and balances CCS system totals to client totals. The work flow is typically consistent and repetitive; however, it is essential to the successful operation of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Verifies data files are received, processed, balanced and approved according to job processing instructions.
- Ensures job processing instructions are accurate and up to date.
- Processes all CCS error logs and incoming reconciliation reports in a timely manner and according to job processing instructions.
- Promotes effective working relationships with their team and other CCS departments to help achieve company goals and objectives.
- Communicates any irregularities, patterns or trends to the appropriate Account Manager or Project Manager.
- Communicates with internal and external contacts in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Contributes to the departments operational excellence and delivers quality services in accordance with applicable procedures, policies and professional standards.
- Provides back up to co-workers within the department when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work on multiple processing systems, such as the CCS Dashboard and client systems.
- Basic math and written communication skills.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of entity balancing; detail-oriented and thorough.
- Experience with MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience with Application Xtener is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Coachable: receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embraces continuous improvement and responsive to change.
- Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
Qualifications
