POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Service Representative, Subrogation is responsible for working with clients and internal staff to support the overall workflow of the Subrogation department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Navigates internal and client specific systems, maintains account files and completes balance verifications via phone and email.
- Indexes documentation from client systems, answers client status requests and updates accounts with relevant information, including damages, vehicles, location of accident, arbitration information and parties involved.
- Reviews and processes mail and faxes from responsible parties and carriers.
- Organizes and updates debtor documentation to be mailed to responsible parties.
- Reviews and works department emails.
- Assists in annual audit, contacting DMVs to confirm license suspension criteria and contact information is accurate.
- Reviews and processes all releases, installment agreements, and promissory notes.
- Completes additional tasks and responsibilities, as directed by department supervisor and manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 years in a customer service position required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Basic math and writing skills.
- Coachable: receptive to feedback, responsive to change, willing to learn, and embraces continuous improvement.
Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent fulltime work schedule
