Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminals back ground check.

Qualifications & Wages
C.N.A. /CMA
Every other Weekend
Starting Wage C.N.A $16.91 CMA 17.91
Week Day Shift Differential: 2pm- $2 after 10pm- $3
Weekend after 2p-$6.00 after 10pm- $7.
8 paid Holidays, paid Volunteer day, & Bereavement Leave

Required Education:
- Registered with the state of Kansas as a Certified Nurse Aide and/or Medication Aide
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
Required Experience:
- Experience providing direct care and assistance to residents in a healthcare setting
- Experience complying with state regulations in healthcare
- Experience assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Experience maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Experience with light housekeeping, food service, and laundry (preferred)
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lift, pull, or carry 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies effectively
- Knowledge of basic infection control principles and practices
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Ability to document care accurately and timely
