Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous Housekeeper/Laundry staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facility. Additionally, the Housekeeper/Laundry will handle laundry duties efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas including rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
- Handle dry cleaning tasks as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Skills:
- Experience in cleaning and maintaining various surfaces.
- Proficiency in laundry procedures including washing, drying, and ironing.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in dry cleaning services.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques for various surfaces.
