Sales Growth and Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand CELINA’s global footprint.
- Drive revenue through direct sales, agent-based representation, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the C-Suite level.
- Lead and manage global sales teams, ensuring training, goal setting, and performance excellence.
- Implement incentive programs to boost employee and agent performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and market trends.
Marketing Leadership
Strengthen CELINA’s brand through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.Optimize pricing strategies and revenue models.Oversee market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation initiatives.Lead targeted campaigns and digital efforts to drive awareness and conversions.Emphasize CELINA’s Made in America focus to build trust and differentiate in key markets.Distribution and Inventory Management
Develop and collaborate with others to oversee a global distribution strategy.Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align inventory with sales strategies.Global Market Development
Drive expansion into global and emerging markets.Build and maintain relationships with regional agents, distributors, and representatives.Explore cross-border e-commerce and direct-to-customer distribution opportunities.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.Alignment and Core Competency Utilization

Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is typically required. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant discipline is preferred.A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in revenue-generating roles such as sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership position.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets in a similar industry or market.Extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and customer acquisition strategies.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformative business environments is preferred.Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.Preferred Qualifications
