Job Summary

The Bartender demonstrates genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area. Bartenders interact with our members and ensure they have an excellent experience when dining at the Center Club.

Banquet Bartenders will

Set up the bar and perform opening and closing duties.
Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner timely
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant
Assist guest with choosing menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel taken care of during their visit
Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
Wash and sterilize stemware.
Develop new cocktail recipes
Other duties as assigned

Must understand and meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence.

Physical Requirements

Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable setting.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear.

The incumbent frequently is required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel objects, and controls.

The incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Overview and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge of Cocktail recipes, wine and drink service

2 years' experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience creating innovative cocktail recipes

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
