Banquet Server - Fine Dining (Part-Time and Full-Time)

Job Summary

In this role, you will provide timely and courteous service to all banquet guests, encouraging the guest to return again and facilitate a next level banquet experience. You'll serve food and beverages at banquet and private events in a timely manner in a dynamic team-focused environment!

Banquet Servers will

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio / visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property. Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any and food ordering.
