Our Hosts will :
- Escort guests to their seats, and present clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional, manner
- Greet and seat guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups.
- Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Take names on a waiting list.
- Run the floor plan board.
- Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
- Take guest information and quote wait to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
- Clean, organize and stock menus at host area.
- Answer phone, take reservations, and answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
