Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all individuals at their site receive support that is consistent with Support with Dignity and the Core Competencies.
- Responsible for making sure all staff at their site are thoroughly trained.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate within their department as well as with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
- Ensure that the interior and exterior (including vehicles) of the site are clean, tidy and well maintained.
- Must ensure that Office and Business procedures are completed timely and accurately.
- Effectively plan, manage and monitor individual programming and treatment.
- Assist with the hiring, terminating, and evaluations of staff members.
- Attend and participate in all required agency and Treatment Team meetings and trainings.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two (2) to Four (4) years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per the Center's policy.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.
- Three years of management experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and OPWDD regulations.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
