Job Overview:
The Behavior Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services for identified individuals using principles of applied behavior analysis and other evidence-based strategies. Primary duties include conducting behavioral assessments (functional behavior assessments and analysis), providing hands-on intensive skills training, and staff consultation and training. Applicants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in large teams. Must be flexible and organized. This is a 12 month position with flexible schedule that requires weekend and evening hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, or other related field
Master’s Degree Preferred/BCBA Preferred
Experience working with children/adults with autism
Experience in behavior analysis is preferred
Salary Range:
$58,500 - $81,000 (Based on experience & education)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,500.00 - $81,000.00 per year
