Job Overview:
The Director of Corporate Compliance is responsible for the development, implementation, and training of
the corporate compliance plan and all associated compliance initiatives. The Director will ensure all
required policies and procedures are reviewed at least annually to keep the agency in regulatory
compliance. This includes helping the Corporate Compliance Officer to work collaboratively across all
departments within TCFD, including but not limited to, Corporate Compliance, Quality Improvement,
People Operations, Information Technology, Administration, and Finance to identify and mitigate risks,
manage contracts, respond to any concerns and requests.
