The Center for Discovery is seeking a dedicated Program Educator to support our Children's Specialty
Hospital in Rock Hill. The Program Educator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful
implementation of the residential program and maintaining continuity of care within the hospital. They
will work closely with the in-location Residential Director to ensure high-quality care and support for the
children.
Primary Responsibilities:
? Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
? Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
? Foster and maintain positive relationships with staff
? Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly residence
? Act as a communication liaison between the Residential Director, direct care staff, residents,
and families
? Ensure compliance with state, federal, and center regulations
? Provide training and supervision to direct care staff
