A Senior Director of Pediatric Residential will design, implement, and evaluate the progress of all aspects of the residential program in alignment with the philosophy of The Center for Discovery, under our standards of excellence. Responsible for the integrity of all functions of Residential Directors, Program Educators, Senior Residential Associates, Residential Associates, and having a primary role in teaching and mentoring these staff. Collaborates with the Residential leadership team on staff retention, scheduling, finances, the overtime budget, and the implementation of all program initiatives and curriculum development.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Director to lead and oversee the activities of supervisors, ensuring exceptional service standards for individuals in our pediatric residential program. This role involves managing the implementation of 24-hour programmatic services, evaluating supervisory staff, and coordinating across departments to ensure all programs are fully resourced. The Senior Director will also drive staff training initiatives and maintain an efficient communication system throughout the organization.
