Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Manage medical scheduling, including appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.
- Review and maintain accurate documentation for patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Utilize Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record software for effective management of patient information and office operations.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical administrative support or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office management practices and clerical skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills to navigate various software applications related to medical scheduling and office management.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.75 per hour
