Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting with appointment scheduling and client inquiries. You will also update client information, maintain accurate medical and other records, and process payments. Other key tasks include managing office responsibilities such as voicemail retrieval, document completion, and intake data entry. Additionally, you will assist with client intake processes, insurance billing, and community outreach as needed, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience as a receptionist in healthcare or a related field, or a relevant college degree.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and scheduling software.
- Able to work in-office Monday & Wednesday 11am-8pm Tuesday & Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm
