Junior Analyst

Position Summary

The Junior Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the Data Analytics team by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role involves working closely with team members to deliver insights that inform business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in maintaining data pipelines and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Build and update dashboards in tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Assist in creating visualizations that clearly communicate data insights.
  • Perform basic statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Support senior analysts in interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support their objectives.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance metrics and identifying discrepancies in billing, reporting, or documentation.
  • Ensure timely data entry and adherence to established data governance standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.
  • Participate in team training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Internship or 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to query databases.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salary and Benefits

    60,000-$65,000
