Job Summary :
The Vice President of Finance and Reporting is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities within the organization. Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Financial Analysis : Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Internal Controls : Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the finance and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
