Clinic Administrator Crisis Care Services
Be part of a team committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of people in need. This dynamic and rewarding role oversees and manages the clinical and nonclinical operations of an assigned site that encompass multiple units/clinics/programs and including all budgetary responsibilities. This role manages licensed and unlicensed clinical staff services, admissions to unit, monitors staff productivity, ensures training/certification compliance, and interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, behavioral science, or a related field and five years of clinical supervision experience.
Licenses or Certifications
- State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT,) and/or a Counseling/Clinical Psychologist (CCP)
