The Community Engagement Coordinator helps support our mission of engaging, educating, and empowering patients, caregivers, and all the other stakeholders who make clinical research possible.

Main Responsibilities
- Research potential events for team to attend and share metrics
- Prepare outdoor/indoor signage, material shipments, etc.
- Identify and recruit speakers and volunteers for events
- Distribute event materials, such as, promotional toolkits, postcards, flyers, etc.
- Collaborate with CISCRP marketing team and Events Marketing Coordinator on promotional efforts (electronic, print, media, etc.)
What You Bring
- BA or BS degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in the events management space
- Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks successfully
- Must be able and willing to travel throughout assigned geographic areas and to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends as necessary

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
