The Center for Every Learner is hiring for a full time Certified Behavior Technician.
The Center for Every Learner is looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to provide in-home, school, and community Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you’ll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in implementing behavior plans through in-home, in-school, and in-community intervention.
You’ll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients.
Benefits: Extremely competitive hourly rate (above the industry average), health coverage for full time positions. Supervision provided by a BCBA who has basic certification in Floortime and Special Education.
About the Position: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you’ll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in implementing behavior plans through in-home, school and community intervention. You’ll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred, and RBT certification required.
