ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems to include proficient use of accounting software
Process employee expense reports.
Account reconciliations
P&L analysis
Credit card management, inquiries, and journal
Bank account balance management
Cash balance analysis
Daily deposit reports to revenue cycle o Positive pay reports / uploads
Deposit checks
Closing monthly journal entries
Accrue revenue month-end
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of basic mathematics.
SKILLS
ABILITIES
Ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures.
Ability to prepare documents in response to complaints and audits.
Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to communicate effectively with providers, employees, and the public.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
Some bending and stretching are required.
Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
