Key Responsibilities :
Template Management : Oversee the scheduling and management of templates, ensuring all templates are accessible and correctly updated based on department or project needs.
Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule template usage and updates, working with internal teams to ensure smooth integration into daily workflows.
Duplicate Account Management : Identify and resolve duplicate accounts in internal systems or platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reducing redundancy.
Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, department heads, and design teams to ensure templates are in sync with project requirements and timelines, and collaborate with data management teams to address duplicate account issues.
Quality Control : Ensure all templates are accurate, aligned with company standards, and function properly in various platforms or systems. Also, verify that accounts are correctly merged or consolidated when duplicates are identified.
Optimization : Continuously review and improve template management processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays, while helping to streamline account data and prevent duplicate records from occurring.
Tracking : Maintain an up-to-date calendar or tracking system for all template schedules and duplicate account resolutions, ensuring no conflicts and timely delivery.
Communication : Regularly communicate with teams to inform them of upcoming template releases, changes, or updates, and provide support in resolving duplicate account issues as needed.
Documentation : Maintain clear documentation regarding template use, instructions, best practices, and duplicate account management processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all departments.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a scheduling, project coordination, administrative role, or data management position, preferably in a creative, operations, or data-driven environment.
Skills :
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with template management tools or design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with data management, CRM systems, or database software to identify and resolve duplicate accounts is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
