Residential Services Supervisor – Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, On call required and Occasional weekends and holidays. Peoria and Pekin Locations.
The Center for Prevention of Abuse (CFPA) is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Residential Services Supervisor. Our mission at CFPA is to help all people – women, men, and children, live free from violence and abuse, and the Residential Services Supervisor is an important role in bringing that mission to life.
The Residential Services Supervisor will monitor all aspects of Domestic Violence Family Centered Services by providing day-to-day oversight of the Peoria emergency shelter, the Pekin emergency shelter, and the Next Step Housing unit, and additional operational functions.
The Residential Services Supervisor will assist the Director of Domestic Violence Family Centered Services with staff/volunteer supervision, program parameters, and ensure timely reporting and documentation of grant requirements. They will also carry a client caseload and provide direct client services as needed.
Preferred education of a bachelor’s degree in education, social work or related field, or have equivalent experience working in the field of domestic violence, sexual assault, or violence prevention. Prefer prior experience in management of residential programming. Must have or obtain Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Certification within one year. Must be passionate about CFPA’s mission, work well independently and as a team, and have exceptional soft skills.
