The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM-accredited, employee-owned medical facility currently seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator. This position reports to the Practice Administrator and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the clinic. The Clinic Coordinator adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance, while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend, develop, and implement operational improvements for the clinic.
- Support and coordinate clinical and administrative staff, including physicians, nurses, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with physician recruitment efforts and credentialing processes.
- Communicate with providers regarding medical activities, trends, and operational updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in medical office administration or clinical coordination is preferred.
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure is a plus.
- Ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland area as needed.
- Typical work schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

This pay range reflects the Company's current estimate for this position at the time of posting.
