The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM-accredited, employee-owned medical facility currently seeking a full-time Executive Vice President (EVP). As a key member of the executive leadership team, EVP is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This role collaborates closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to develop and execute the company’s vision, goals, and objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business expansion, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set and execute company-wide initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to ensure long-term success.
Operational Oversight & Performance Management:
- Oversee key departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance goals.
- Implement policies and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, budget management, and resource allocation to optimize operations.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Establish a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key decision-maker and problem-solver for complex business challenges.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and strategic investments.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in Healthcare is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and execute transformational business initiatives.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to organizational success.

This pay range reflects the Company's current estimate for this position at the time of posting. In accordance with applicable law, actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and other job-related qualifications or skills.
