What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Billing Specialist position at The Center for Sleep Medicine?
Full-time, experienced Medical Billing Specialist needed for a fast-paced medical practice in Orland Park, IL. Will be responsible for collecting, posting and managing account payments, as well as for submitting claims and following up with insurance companies. Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm.

You will be responsible for Insurance Accounts Receivables.
- CPT experience required
- ICD-10 experience preferred
- Ensure all claims are properly billed for all services.
- Ensure payments are received and processed in a timely manner.
- Work all denials.
- Resolve inappropriate payments with insurance carries.
- Reconciling of accounts as well as following up on any delinquent accounts.
- Must have the ability to work independently, self-motivated and have strong customer service skills
