The Center for Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care is seeking a board certified / board eligible, fellowship trained Interventional Spine Physiatrist to join our physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedic, and neurosurgery practice in Central Oregon as an employed physician. The Center is a physician owned, professionally managed, independent medical practice with over 50 providers. We are a well-established practice with on-site ancillary services including MRI and ASC.

Requirements
The physician we seek will be able to perform interventional procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral musculoskeletal injections. Experience with ultrasound guided procedures is a plus, but not required. Other responsibilities would include coverage of general rehabilitation outpatient clinics, electrodiagnostics, and could include minimal weekend inpatient call of up to 6 times / year.
