What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director position at The Center?
The Center is looking for one exceptional person to become the Executive Director of the Brainerd Lakes Area’s preeminent organization for seniors. We are looking for someone with a passion for serving seniors. Previous experience running a nonprofit organization would be beneficial but is not required. Our ideal candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, and above all, an effective leader. Salary range is $65k to $75k, depending upon experience and education. Benefits include a 3% wage retirement plan match, three weeks vacation/PTO and may include a health insurance reimbursement. The position will start in April 2025.
