The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Essential Responsibilities

- Supervise and interact with children ages 5 - 14 years old individually and in a larger group
- Lead campers in daily activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and transitions from one activity to another
- Participate in a variety of camp related activities including swimming, climbing on the climbing wall, and others to encourage camper participation
- Enforce all rules and policies of camp and the Recreation and Wellness Center to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and cooperation among campers
- Provide guidance and support to campers, addressing any concerns or conflicts that arise
- Act as a role model by demonstrating positive behavior, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
- Respond and provide care to injured campers as necessary
- Maintain clear and open communication with camp staff, parents, and campers
- Attend all required trainings and meetings
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports
- Perform other duties as required

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, time management, and conflict management skills
- Willingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working with children ages 5-14 years old is preferred
- Completion of First Aid, CPR, and AED training, as required
