The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

- Prevent and respond to emergency situations
- Identify and report any malfunctions or irregularities of equipment or facility
- Attend regularly scheduled staff meeting and in service training
- Enforce all rules and regulations
- Provide customer service
- Lifeguard according to Facility, State Code and Lifeguard Training standards
- Supervise proper use of swimming pools along with supporting facilities
- Maintain current certifications in lifeguard training, First Aid for the professional rescuer, and CPR for the professional rescuer
- Perform pool maintenance duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Current American Red Cross, Ellis, YMCA or equivalent Lifeguard Training certification is required.
- First Aid, AED, and CPR-PR certifications are required.
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred.
- Water Safety Instructor or Lifeguard Instructor certifications preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Basic computer competency
- Ability to perform all Lifeguard skills as required by American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Program Successful completion of skills tests in swimming, rescue, and other areas as determined by the facility
