We’re seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Assessor ( Hospital Clinical Liaison) to serve as the primary point of contact for collaborative services with hospital partners; acting to enhance continuity of care for shared clients . As a clinical provider, the Hospital Clinical Liaison will provide on-site, mental health assessments to newly referred clients and secures mental health services post discharge as appropriate . Additionally, the Hospital Clinical Liaison will work collaboratively with hospital staff to establish relationships, workflows, and systems for effective communication.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Must be actively licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
- Prior experience in administering diagnostic assessments and utilizing various mental health-screening tools strongly desired.
- Must have an awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural diversity of the populations served.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio and access to an insured vehicle
