We’re seeking a full-time Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PRS) for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) at the Lotus, dedicated to ensuring that young adults aged 18-24, who experienced housing instability or homelessness, develop the skills and resources needed to maintain stable housing. The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist will provide on-site assistance to help them maintain their housing, and assumes responsibility for coordinating programs and services to help promote the tenant's quality of life, including provide direct assistance and modeling for activities of daily living (ADLs).
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with one or more years experience in a social service delivery with mental health and/or substance use and/or unhoused population, demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project. Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem solve, and provide results for the residents served.
