Looking for a team leader for the Century Bar! You will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As as the Century Manager Your ability to manage the team efficiently and maintain high standards of hospitality will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
You will be the driver for the daily operations one of the most successful bourbon establishments in United States!
- Train staff and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Train new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Manage business operations to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Payroll experience, vendor management, scheduling, inventory control and more.

- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
