We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Principal. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with payroll software, book-keeping/accounting software, and client invoicing software. A bachelor's degree or associate's degree is required, and prior experience in an executive assistant role is preferred.
