Description
The Challenge Printing Company, established in 1911, is the premier provider of printed packaging components to the pharmaceutical industry.
Perform all job functions per Challenge Printing SOPs, Work Instructions, and cGMP's. Demonstrate flexibility towards working in a team-based environment, striving for continuous improvement in folded components. Adhere to good housekeeping guidelines; complete job tasks with awareness towards quality, working safely, and notify supervision of any hazardous conditions.
Dependability in terms of being punctual on starting time, observing prescribed work breaks/meal periods, and has an acceptable overall attendance record.
Responsibilities
- Possess the physical dexterity to continuously pick and pack handfuls of inserts/outserts into trays.
- Ability to read and interpret customer specifications.
- Knowledge of the Boxer/Loader/Packer responsibilities.
- Run folding equipment to meet both quality and production standards.
- Enter accurate production data into Eforms, electronic production forms, and complete any other production-related documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform area clearance procedures as specified in our work instructions
- Adapting to the changing needs of our customers and business environment, may add to or change the boxer's job description.
- Able to follow the rules outlined in Employee Handbook
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards themselves and others.
- Able to follow all procedures as set forth by the work instructions.
