Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and assisting various departments with administrative tasks. This is a part-time, remote role that requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and departments as needed
- Manage and organize emails, schedules, and calendars
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reports
- Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping for various projects
- Respond to inquiries and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and files

Qualifications:
