- As the primary contact for our clients, you’ll build rapport and become their trusted contact - always ready with a helping hand and a friendly smile.
- You'll keep clients and colleagues in the loop by ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Create a positive experience by anticipating client concerns before they arise and finding creative solutions.
- You’ll keep our Financial Planning team organized so they can focus on serving the client - from insurance processing, onboarding clients, tackling paperwork, and scheduling meetings.
- You'll be entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' information, ensuring their data is organized, secure, and up-to-date.
- Your quick response and attention to detail to client inquiries and requests will make clients feel heard and happy.
This position requires work from our office, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30am to 5pm.
